We designed the FITEK Freestanding CrossFit Rig F3A to serve as the robust baseline of our premium rig ecosystem. By utilizing a highly engineered, self-supporting base, you can place this structure directly in the center of your facility. It instantly creates a 360-degree training environment, allowing multiple athletes to perform heavy squats and pull-ups simultaneously.
We constructed every upright and crossmember using heavy-duty 75x75mm 11-gauge (3mm) steel to handle extreme dynamic forces. This industrial engineering is specifically optimized for high-intensity group classes, ensuring the rig remains completely motionless during aggressive kipping pull-ups or when racking heavy Olympic Barbells.

- Built for Airborne Athletes: The F3A includes four towering 3700mm uprights. We specifically designed these extended pillars to support climbing ropes and gymnastic rings. (Note: Rings and ropes sold separately).
- Modular Versatility: Featuring standard 21mm laser-cut holes, this rig functions beautifully out of the box but easily expands over time. You can seamlessly plug in all FITEK commercial attachments as your facility grows.
- Massive Group Capacity: This package supports 6 separate squat/bench stations, 4 wall ball targets, and multiple multi-width pull-up zones right from day one.
- Australian Commercial Standard: We finished every component in a durable, high-grip matte black powder coat that resists chalk, sweat, and aggressive daily use.
