• Standard Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer for drop-shipped products.
• Delivery Hours: Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding Public Holidays).
• Delivery Estimates: Quoted delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your exact location and current stock availability.
• Express Shipping: Need it faster? We can arrange Express Delivery for urgent orders at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to ordering for details.

Couriers & Shipping Rates:

• Our Carriers: We partner with trusted couriers including Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, and TNT. We also use specialized freight services for bulk orders.
• Custom Freight Quotes: If you are unsatisfied with the automatically calculated postage at checkout, please contact us! We are happy to look into alternative, cheaper shipping rates for you.

Address Requirements & Instructions:

• Physical Address Required: Please provide a standard residential or business street address. We cannot deliver large or bulky items to PO Boxes.
• Business Addresses: To qualify for business shipping rates or requirements, the address provided must be located within a recognized commercial business district.
• Special Instructions: You may add specific delivery instructions at checkout when placing your order.

Receiving Your Order:

• Signatures: Depending on the selected courier, a signature may be required upon delivery.
• Authority to Leave (ATL): If you provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) your parcel unattended, please note that FITEK cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the delivery has been completed.
• Inspection: Please inspect your items carefully before signing for the delivery. FITEK will not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage that occurs during the delivery process once the goods have been accepted and signed for.

Warehouse Pick Up:

• How to Order: Simply select the "Pick Up" option during the shipping stage of checkout to collect your order directly from our warehouse.
