The FITEK Bridge Pad is a product designed in Australia, ideal for chest and back-supported workouts such as rows, chest flys, and presses using free weights or cable machines. This versatile unit features a padded support surface combined with two independently adjustable sections. The pad itself offers multiple angle settings, while the support arm is equipped with locking index plungers, allowing precise height and position adjustment to suit different exercises and athletes.

To accommodate most 75 x 75 mm power racks, we offer three models: 24mm pin, 20mm pin, and 16mm pin. The 24mm model provides 7 adjustable angles, while the 20mm and 16mm models each offer 8 adjustable angles. Each unit includes 2 magnetic pins for added convenience, and a handle is integrated for easy installation. Additionally, plastic pads are installed to prevent scratches on metal surfaces.
