Chin-Up Bar Selection Guide
- 1. Single Chin-Up (1.1m): The gold standard. A classic straight bar spanning standard rack width. Perfect for strict pull-ups, dynamic muscle-ups, and hanging gymnastic rings.
- 2. Single Chin-Up (1.8m): The extra-wide version. Essential if you are connecting two racks together to build a continuous rig, or setting up a wide station for multiple users.
- 3. Dual-Grip Chin-Up (1.1m): Features a dual-bar setup (often Fat/Skinny). Great for switching up your grip diameter to challenge forearm strength and grip endurance.
- 4. Multi-Grip Chin-Up (1.1m): The ultimate biomechanical upgrade. Features fixed angled and neutral grips to alleviate wrist/shoulder strain and isolate different parts of your lats.
