We engineered the FITEK Freestanding CrossFit Rig F3C to permanently solve this problem. As the undisputed flagship of our rig ecosystem, this colossal structure features an unprecedented 12-upright layout. This creates six distinct, fully equipped training bays. As a result, you can host huge classes of athletes performing heavy squats, overhead presses, and dynamic structural work at the exact same time without anyone waiting for a rack.
To handle the immense kinetic energy of a dozen athletes training simultaneously, we constructed every pillar and crossmember using 75x75mm 11-gauge (3mm) industrial steel. This massive self-supporting footprint ensures absolute rigidity and zero sway during high-intensity interval training (HIIT), whether your members are smashing wall balls or aggressively racking fully loaded Olympic Barbells.

- Six Towering 3.7m Uprights: Half of the massive 12-pillar system extends to 3700mm. We included six climbing rope hangers and six gym ring shackles to support massive aerial classes safely.
- Maximum Station Capacity: Featuring six dedicated squat bays and six integrated wall ball targets right out of the box, it provides unmatched efficiency for your daily programming.
- Total Customization: Every upright features precision 21mm laser-cut holes. You possess total freedom to rearrange J-hooks, safety spotter arms, and dip stations instantly to suit different workouts.
- Commercial-Grade Finish: We coated the entire structure in a high-grip matte black powder finish designed to handle the abrasive, chalk-heavy nature of intense commercial use.
